This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments for services provided by Better Mind Daily. By engaging our services, you agree to the payment terms described below.

1. General Payment Terms

All services provided by Better Mind Daily are subject to the pricing and payment terms agreed upon in your individual Proposal or Service Agreement. We maintain transparent and fair payment practices while upholding the highest standards of service.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA & International)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Revolut

All payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

3. Payment Structure

One-Time Services (e.g. Custom Web Design)

  • 50% deposit required to initiate the project
  • 30% upon design approval / midpoint milestone
  • 20% upon project completion and launch

Recurring Monthly Services (Elite SEO, Hosting, Maintenance, Social Media Management, AI Integration)

  • Billed monthly in advance
  • First payment due upon agreement signing
  • Subsequent payments automatically charged on the same date each month

4. Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are starting prices only.
  • A detailed, customized quote will be provided after your consultation.
  • Final pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and specific requirements of your project.
  • All prices are quoted in USD ($) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Late Payments

  • Payments not received within 7 days of the due date are considered late.
  • A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied on outstanding balances.
  • We reserve the right to pause or suspend services until outstanding payments are cleared.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • One-time projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the project is cancelled before significant work begins.
  • Monthly services: You may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
  • All refund requests are reviewed individually and subject to our discretion.

7. Taxes & Fees

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT), which will be added according to EU regulations if the client is based in EU and invoiced from our EU based company offices, in this case the invoice will be issued in EURO (€).
  • Any bank or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the client.

8. Flexible Payment Plans
