All services are delivered with the highest standards of professionalism, strategy, and attention to detail, tailored specifically for mental health professionals, elite fitness experts, and high-ticket wellness coaches.
3. Project Process & Scope
- All projects are custom in nature. The final scope, deliverables, and timeline will be clearly defined in a separate Proposal or Service Agreement.
- Any changes or additional requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
- We reserve the right to decline or modify any project that does not align with our values or service standards.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on our website are starting points only.
- A detailed proposal with final investment will be provided after consultation.
- Payments are typically structured as follows:
- 50% upfront / deposit to begin work
- Remaining balance upon project milestones or completion
- Monthly recurring services are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the agreement.
- We offer flexible payment plans to support growing practices.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final website design and content created by us (excluding third-party tools, stock assets, or licensed elements).
- We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed.
- You grant us a license to use your branding and content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals
- Ensure all provided materials are original or properly licensed
- Maintain appropriate professional conduct in all communications
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement, including client data, business strategies, and internal processes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Mind Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia, USA.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
